My Approach: Compassionate, Strength-Based, and Collaborative

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you connect with the parts of yourself that already hold insight, strength, and healing potential. Through primarily virtual sessions, I use evidence-based, client-centered approaches that honor your lived experiences and innate strengths. You are the expert in your life; I am here as an ally and guide. Modalities that I often draw from include:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) – Understanding the different emotional “parts” within you and finding balance.

  • Narrative Therapy – Exploring and reshaping the stories you tell about yourself and your experiences.

  • Mindful Self-Compassion – Learning to treat yourself with the same kindness and care you offer others.

  • Skill Building – Applying practical strategies to manage intense emotions and create better relationships.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I tailor my approach to what works best for you.

I work with adults of all ages but have a dedicated interest in supporting:

  • Middle-aged and older adults processing life changes, relationships, and personal growth

  • People living with anxiety, depression, grief, and past trauma

  • LGBTQIA+ community members and their loved ones who are seeking help from an ally

  • Residents in assisted living communities
